Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Direct Hire | $54,000-$81,000+ Depending on Experience

**$1,500 Sign-On Bonus available after completing 90 days of employment**

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirements
• Adjust feeds, speeds, offsets, and tooling as needed
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and production issues
• Optimize machining processes and improve efficiency
• Machine parts to tight tolerances while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to support production goals
• Senior-level candidates may assist with training, mentoring, and process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with CNC lathes, horizontal machining centers, routers, or multi-axis equipment
• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CAD/CAM experience is a plus
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus for senior-level opportunities

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, technical skill level, and machining background. Opportunities are available for both Machinist II and Machinist III/Lead-level professionals.
